A WHEELY GOOD DEAL
Asda, has veered into the motoring trade by launching a brand new online tyre service that guarantees to find the very best local deals across the UK.
Following customer demand, AsdaTyres has revved into action to help families reduce the amount they spend on car maintenance, offering tyres up to 10 percent cheaper than any other retailer or car specialist. By converting to Asda Tyres, customers could get a grip on their spending and save a whopping £50 per vehicle in comparison to competitor websites.
Asda has recruited a nationwide fitting network, becoming the driving force behind making tyre fitting as simple and convenient as possible. The site offers fully fitted prices with no hidden charges, plus the quick three step process means customers can have a full set of new wheels ordered within minutes.
To ‘ignite’ their search, shoppers can simply enter their vehicle registration number, select the tyres they require, and then choose the most convenient outlet in the area and a suitable time for the fitting. Every order is checked manually by Asda’s team of tyre experts and it’s ‘Right Tyre Guarantee’ ensures customer’s are getting the best deal for their vehicle. Payment is always made at the fitting centre rather than on-line so shoppers can rest assured they’ll receive the best deal available should they need to switch tyres.
Following new European regulations, all tyres on the site will be labelled to clearly rate their performance on wet roads, fuel economy, rolling distance and road noise. The ‘traffic light’ colour coded labels are easy to read, saving customers hours of researching reviews.
Shoppers can choose from a wide range of tyres to suit their needs, from quality brands such as Michelin, Good Year and Pirelli, to value alternatives for tighter budgets. What’s more, if a cheaper option is available on arrival, there will be no excess or administration charges incurred when changing an order.
Nick Cockerill, Asda’s tyres expert says: “We heard from our customers that tyres are often one of the most expensive items they buy, so we wanted to offer a wallet-friendly alternative. Our site is easy to use and we promise customers good quality tyres at low prices with no hidden costs.”
